Pepper Bobo - Affiliate Broker

Pepper Bobo serves as Senior Advisor for Holrob Commercial Realty, LLC specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties in East Tennessee, with a primary focus on prospecting, selecting and representing retail tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. With over five years of industry experience, she has secured more than 35 transactions, valuing in excess of $30 million. Pepper has actively leased and sold over 200,000 square feet of retail space and closed over 20 acres of retail land.

Prior to joining Holrob Commercial Realty, LLC Pepper was a Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness | R.M. Moore, LLC in Knoxville, Tennessee. Previously, Pepper worked for Dobson Communications where she managed the information technology budget, arranged aspect of corporate travel, and coordinated special events.

Pepper has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2006 and has completed coursework from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM). Pepper has been a member of the National Association of Realtors and the local chapter for Knoxville since 2006. She is active in the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce, where her husband serves as President. In addition, she studied business at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Elizabeth Davidson - Broker

Elizabeth joined Holrob in 2006 as an affiliate broker based out of the Nashville office after 5 years of working for Alex S. Palmer & Company in sales and marketing of Class A office properties. Prior to that Elizabeth attended and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a concentration in technical writing and communication. As an agent of Holrob Elizabeth leases and sells properties owned by Holrob and its affiliated companies in the area surrounding Nashville. Elizabeth is an active member of the community serving on the executive committee of Commercial Real Estate Women, is a member of the Junior League of Nashville and volunteers her time at St. Luke's Community House and Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.

Candace Ford — Controller

The controller for Holrob, Candace Ford has over 12 years of accounting experience. Known to family and friends as “Candi”, she graduated from ETSU with her Bachelor of Business Administration and went on to complete her Master of Accountancy degree at UT. After working with a regional public accounting firm for seven years, she joined the Holrob team in 2006. A licensed CPA, Candi has enjoyed working in the real estate market for the past 5 years.

Carolyn Gibbs — Assistant Property Manager

Carolyn Gibbs joined Holrob Commercial Realty in 2006 as an Assistant Property Manager for the company, and she also provides specialized knowledge for their 24hour/7days a week Maintenance Line. Carolyn received her Real Estate License in 2005 and is a member of the Knoxville Area Association Of Realtors (KAAR).

Prior to joining the company, Carolyn worked as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner of one of the oldest and largest Tennessee Intellectual Property law firms in the Downtown area specializing in patents, trademarks and copyright law.

As a long time resident of the Knoxville area she enjoys UT football and basketball as well as shopping and spending time with her family.

John Griess — CCIM / Broker

A lifelong resident of the Oak Ridge and Knoxville areas, John Griess holds a degree from the University of Tennessee in Business Administration. Prior to joining Holrob, Griess was affiliated with Volunteer Realty Co. He is active in the REALTOR organization, where he serves as a Director of the National Association of REALTORS and as a Director of The Tennessee Association of REALTORS. Griess is the 2001 Tennessee State REALTOR of the Year. He is a past president of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS, and was that organization's REALTOR of the Year in 1995. Griess also holds the CCIM designation. Griess' commitment to the community includes a nine-year stint as an Alderman in the Town of Farragut and 12 years as a member of the Knox County Commission representing West Knox County. He serves on the boards of The Metropolitan Drug Commission and Goodwill Industries of Knoxville, Inc.

Kim Kimmons — Vice President

As a vice president of Holrob Investments, Kim Kimmons is responsible for development of new retail facilities. Prior to joining Holrob, Kimmons spent twelve years as a developer for a large regional developer, and handled land acquisitions, tenant lease negotiations, project design, governmental approvals, and construction of shopping centers. He has been involved in the development, leasing, and management of over 30 retail projects throughout the South, Southwest, and Midwest. Prior to commencing his development career, Kimmons practiced architecture with the firm of McCarty, Bullock, Church, and Holsaple, and managed the technical and marketing staffs of the conservation and energy management program at the Tennessee Valley Authority.

Ean Moffett - Affiliate Broker

Ean Moffett works with individual and corporate investors to acquire and dispose of Shopping Center assets in Tennessee and the Southeast. Ean also works with a few select retailers in the East Tennessee area to assist with new site selection, and relocation projects. Before joining Holrob Commercial Realty, LLC, Ean was a Senior Investment Advisor for Sperry Van Ness. Ean graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Political Science. He lives with his wife and children in the Rocky Hill community of Knoxville.

Robert Talbott - President

President of Holrob Investments, LLC, and Holrob Commercial Realty, LLC, Mr. Talbott contributes a wealth of experience in the areas of finance, acquisition, development, leasing, and property management. Talbott worked twelve years with Horne Properties, Inc., a developer of strip centers and freestanding credit leased facilities, which is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, and eventually became president of Horne Properties, Inc. During this period, he was involved in the development of in excess of 75 retail properties throughout the South, Southwest, and Midwest. Additionally, Talbott handled the acquisition of office buildings and was involved in the development of apartments, condominiums, subdivisions and an office warehouse. Talbott holds undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Tennessee.

Chandle Turbyville - Affiliate Broker

As a licensed affiliate broker and real estate advisor at Holrob, Chandle specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing. She is experienced in office leasing and sales which includes medical as well as retail leasing as a tenant and landlord representative. She also has leased and sold multiple tracts of land in excess of 20 acres. Chandle holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee where she graduated Cum Laude, and a Master's degree from Appalachian State University. Chandle is also the Social Committee Chairman of Club Blue Knoxville which is a social networking non-profit organization that sponsors events that benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley. Chandle lives in the Fountain City area of Knoxville with her husband and two sons.

John Werner - Affiliate Broker

Before a five year stint in public service, John was the former partner and managing director of the Holrob Equity Fund. Upon his return, he is focusing his efforts on corporate brokerage (featuring Bearden district's Shops at Forest Park), tenant representation, and investment property acquisition. John has an undergraduate degree and an MBA in finance from the University of Tennessee.

John currently serves on the board of directors of Peoples Bank of the South where he chairs their audit and compliance committee and is Vice President for the Great Smoky Mountain Council of the Boy Scouts of America. John has also been recently affiliated with board representation on several civic organizations including St. John's Episcopal Cathedral, Nucleus Knoxville, East Tennessee Historical Society, West Knox Youth Sports, Junior Achievement of East Tennessee, the Knoxville Botanical Garden and is the former chairman for the Innovation Valley Tech Council.

Becky Wilhoite - Assistant Property Manager

Becky joined the Holrob management team in 2007, bringing with her the organizational expertise she gained during her twenty-three years as a manager of condominium and homeowner associations in Philadelphia, PA. She has a Master’s in English from UTK and has been a writer and editor for several religious publications.
