Holrob Residential, LLC was launched in December 2006. Since that time they have completed a variety of projects including both new construction and remodeling. Holrob Residential, LLC is currently working on two projects in Lenoir City with Acadia Villas (a 62 unit condominium development) and Harrison Woods (a single family residence development), and they are also building new homes in Farragut’s The Cove at Turkey Creek. With a dedication to quality residential development, Holrob has firmly established itself as a premier full-service residential construction organization. Holrob Residential, LLC continues its evolution with the same dedication to excellence and integrity that is the cornerstone of its success.
Hunter Purnell, Holrob Residential's Principal, apprenticed with Knoxville builder Ben Testerman for two years, immersing himself in the construction industry, before beginning Holrob Residential. In that time, he experienced every aspect of the construction business from accounting to marketing.
Holrob Residential employs an in-house designer and has a design center where the customer can come, meet with our designer, and pick out all finishes for their new house. Our superintendent or contractors are always on site to ensure that the construction process is running smoothly and building quality is superior.
