In 1997, Holrob Investments, LLC and Holrob Commercial Realty, LLC were launched with the goal of becoming the premier real estate and investment companies in our marketplace. With their establishment, Bob Talbott combined many years of experience in commercial real estate development with a personal goal of owning and operating his own company. His vision was to assemble a group of quality-minded individuals with a common entrepreneurial spirit, and promote a team atmosphere in a professionally rewarding environment. Today, Holrob has been blessed with a diverse group of individuals with a broad range of experience and education. Hunter Purnell, the principal of Holrob Residential, worked with Ben Testerman for two years learning about construction before beginning Holrob Residential. In that time, Hunter was able to get hands on experience in every aspect of the construction business. Holrob Residential has its own designer and design center at its office where the customer can come, meet with the designer, and pick out the finishes for their new house.
